    You can only use this tablet for sms not phone call.
  4. This tab has built it micro sd slot?
    No.

    Yes with dongle connector. Max flash drive and micro sd supported up to 32GB.
  6. Can I connect my external HDD to this tablet?
    No.
  7. Any side effect if my galaxy tab has watermark?
    No side effect on performance but only make your device looks little “ugly”. Go to your nearest Samsung center to claim warranty.
  8. How to check my Samsung Tab firmware?
    Got to Settings –> About Device. The last 5 digit are your firmware version.
  9. My browser frequently FC (force closed).
    You should upgrade to latest firmware using Samsung KIES.
  10. I have cleared all programs to free up some memory but they still showing up?
    Don’t worry android has good memory management. You don’t have to clear RAM all the time because those apps you see on the RAM are running, inactive or cached application. When you open new app the inactive or cached apps are automatically closed so the memory available for the newly opened app. Besides if you keep freeing your memory those will app will be cached again and this require power and make your battery drain faster.
  11. My Tab seems laggy on page switch.
    Try using another launcher you can find it on android market ex: go launcher, etc
  12. What should I do if I want my default launcher?
    Go to Setting -- Applications -- Manage Applications -- All – “Your Launcher”—Clear default or Uninstall.
  13. Does this tablet support video call?
    Yes. You can use skype or Gtalk. For skype you should enable video call on the settings page.
  14. My Galaxy Tab sometimes laggy on playing video.
    Try 3rd party player such as Mobo Player, Diceplayer or MX player from Android Market.
  15. How many hours to charge Galaxy Tab?
    If your battery is empty it could takes up to 5 hours of charging, this is normal because the battery capacity.
