Samsung Stratosphere, is the first 4G LTE Android smartphone from Samsung that has a QWERTY keyboard for quick and easy text input. Stratosphere is a Samsung phone with Android OS 2.3 and powered by Samsung processor 1GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird. It comes with 4-inch touch screen AMOLED Super five-row QWERTY keyboard and a slider. Currently Samsung Stratosphere has been marketed by Verizon Wireless in U.S.
This phone supports LTE for 4G network download speeds of 5 to 12Mbps and upload speeds of 2 to 5 Mbps in the area of 4G LTE mobile broadband coverage. Samsung Stratosphere has a 5 Megapixel main camera with auto focus, flash, video recording DVD-quality 480p resolution, 1.3 Megapixel front-facing camera for video chat.
This phone also supports Bluetooth 3.0 and 802.11b/g/n WiFi connectivity as well as mobile hotspot provides the ability to share a 4G connection with up to eight WiFi devices. Samsung Stratosphere 4G smartphone also supports DLNA AllShare for wireless media streaming.
Another special feature that you can find on the Samsung Stratosphere is access support to Cisco AnyConnect SSL VPN 2.1 which allows for private corporate network.
