This year is a time that could be quite bad for RIM. After the previously announced sale of less than satisfactory on PlayBook tablet PC and still have problems in various parts of the world with some of the telecommunications authority, the BlackBerry vendor reportedly also experienced problems regarding access to its users with their Blackberry Messenger.
Messaging services that are specific to the BlackBerry is reportedly having problems in some countries. In CNET report today, RIM is said to have acknowledged the problem of BBM in Canada and Latin America. Although not specifically disclose the problem, but RIM has expressed their apology to customers there.
"Some of our customers in Canada & Latin America have reported BBM problems. Our support team is investigating. We apologize for any inconvenience" the company said in a tweet. Problems are also rumored has expanded more than their BBM network, the email access clients also had problems.
Although only email access or messenger, but this problem can be said is a serious problem for RIM. As we know, the majority of customers from the BlackBerry are corporate customers and more workers with routine access to their email or Blackberry messenger.
