Capcom has regretted what happened to MaXplosion, the iPhone game that Twisted Pixel described as "robbery" of the title "Splosion Man" for Xbox Live Arcade.
Capcom Mobile, the mobile games division of the Japanese company, said that "although Twisted Pixels had negotiations with the team of consoles for the publication of Man Splosion consoles, Capcom Mobile is a division different from Capcom, with separate offices, etc., and did not record any meeting between the team and Twisted Pixel game console.
Explain that "MaXplosion was independently developed by Capcom Mobile. However, we are sad this situation and we hope to regain the confidence of our fans and friends in the gaming community".
